Birdie Alerts ("we", "us", "our") operates the website www.birdiealerts.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our service.
When you create a tee time alert, we collect:
Phone Number: Used solely to send you SMS notifications when a tee time matching your alert criteria becomes available.
Alert Preferences: The golf course, date, and time window you select for your alert.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. Website usage data is shared with Google as part of the Google Analytics service described above. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS provider, solely to deliver the alerts you request.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your alert data is retained while the alert is active. When you delete an alert, its data is removed immediately. Triggered and past-date alerts are removed automatically once their date has passed.
