Better Tee Times

By accessing and using Birdie Alerts (www.birdiealerts.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Birdie Alerts provides tee time availability information for golf courses across multiple metros. We also offer an optional SMS alert service that notifies you when tee times matching your preferences become available. Basic alert use is free; an optional paid Premium subscription unlocks unlimited alerts (see "Free and Premium Alerts" below).
Birdie Alerts offers an SMS alert service. By creating a tee time alert and providing your phone number, you agree to the following:
You consent to receive automated SMS messages from Birdie Alerts at the phone number you provide. Messages will contain tee time availability information for the course, date, and time window you selected.
Message frequency varies based on tee time availability. You will receive one SMS per alert when a matching tee time is found. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@birdiealerts.com. Reply START to resubscribe.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. See our FAQ Privacy Policy for details.
Creating tee time alerts is free for one active alert at a time per phone number. Birdie Alerts Premium removes that limit and lets you keep unlimited alerts active at once.
Price and billing. Premium is $4.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method $4.99 each month until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each monthly billing period.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your Premium access continues through the end of the current paid billing period and does not renew afterward; your account then returns to the free tier.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Price changes. We may change the Premium price. We will provide notice before any change takes effect, and the new price will apply to subsequent billing periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how payment-related data is handled.
Tee time availability information is sourced from third-party booking systems. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate data but cannot guarantee that all tee times shown are current or available for booking. Always confirm availability through the official booking channels.
Birdie Alerts is an informational service only. We do not book tee times on your behalf. You are responsible for booking tee times through the the course's official booking site.
Birdie Alerts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed tee times, inaccurate information, SMS delivery failures, or any other damages arising from use of this service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
